1. Refunds

Signed Books & Signed Bookmarks: Because these are personalized items, we can’t offer refunds. However, if they arrive damaged or defective, we’ll replace them.

Unsigned Books and Bookmarks: You can request a refund for unsigned bookmarks within 24 hours of receiving them, as long as they’re in new condition.
2. Cancellations

Physical Products: Custom signed items cannot be canceled once signing begins.
3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for signed items. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
4. Shipping Returns

If returning non-damaged items, you are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For damaged or defective items, we’ll cover the shipping cost and send you a replacement.
