1. Refunds

• Signed Books & Signed Bookmarks: Because these are personalized items, we can’t offer refunds. However, if they arrive damaged or defective, we’ll replace them.

• Unsigned Books and Bookmarks: You can request a refund for unsigned bookmarks within 24 hours of receiving them, as long as they’re in new condition.

 

2. Cancellations

• Physical Products: Custom signed items cannot be canceled once signing begins.

 

3. Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges for signed items. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

 

4. Shipping Returns

• If returning non-damaged items, you are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• For damaged or defective items, we’ll cover the shipping cost and send you a replacement.
